Travel & Logistics Policy

Standard Coverage (Included in Your food photography Rates)

  • East Midlands Core Area: All travel time and mileage to locations within the area is included in the Full-Day and Half-Day rates.
  • On-Site Time: The defined 3-hour and 6-hour rate periods begin upon my arrival at your location and conclude once all required shots are captured and equipment is safely packed away.
  • Equipment: The rate includes all necessary professional gear, including camera bodies, lenses, lighting equipment, and modifiers required to achieve your project brief.

Travel Fees (External to the East Midlands)

  • Outside Core Area: For projects requiring travel outside of the East Midlands region (e.g., London, Birmingham, Manchester), a standard mileage and time surcharge will be clearly outlined in your custom quote.
