Not at all. I work around your service and capture dishes as they’re ready from the kitchen. My style is quick and discreet, so you can keep running your restaurant, café, or food business as normal. I’ll guide you on plating and styling when needed, but the process is designed to be smooth and non-disruptive.


On average, a 3-hour session allows us to capture 12-15 dishes or products. This typically results in 30 fully edited, professional images — giving you plenty of variety for menus, websites, and weeks of social media posts.


Absolutely. Before the shoot, we’ll agree on a shot list so we focus on your most important items — whether that’s best-sellers, signature dishes, or new menu items. I can also advise on what works visually, so you get a balanced mix of close-ups, flat lays, and wider context shots.


You’ll receive a private online gallery containing both high-resolution images (perfect for print, menus, and press) and web-optimised versions (ready to post on Instagram, Facebook, or your website). You can download, save, and use them straight away.


All edited images are delivered within 5 business days. I know food businesses often work to tight timelines, so I make fast turnaround a priority. If you need content urgently for a launch or promotion, just let me know and I’ll do my best to deliver even sooner. Being a Rutland food photographer means I can offer this deal to local businesses – less time traveling equals a quicker turnaround time.


The half-day package includes 24–36 professionally edited images, which is plenty for most businesses. If you need more content, I recommend upgrading to a full-day shoot at a special rate of £545 (normally £695). Yes. Short, engaging video clips are one of the best ways to grab attention online. I offer an optional add-on package where I capture quick clips — from sizzling pans to pouring drinks or plating up — giving you versatile content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or Facebook.


Travel within 15 miles of Oakham is included in the half-day rate. I regularly work with food businesses across Rutland and nearby towns. If you’re based further afield, I’m happy to travel — a small mileage fee applies beyond this radius.
