Food Photographer in Rutland and The East Midlands

Looking for a professional food photographer who can capture your dishes at their very best? Based in Rutland and working across the East Midlands, I specialise in creating authentic, natural food photography for restaurants, cafés, bars and food producers. Whether you need a menu refresh, imagery for social media, or ongoing content that attracts more customers, I deliver vibrant, engaging photos that make your food impossible to ignore.

Why you should hire a food photographer

Professional food photography will take your marketing from average to awesome, helping drive new customers to you, and potentially increase sales. Visual media is something which customers rarely ignore, food photography grabs peoples’ attention and draws them to you.

Don’t settle for quick phone photos taken at the pass, from a variety of people. Consistency is key. Let me show off your food, drinks, premises and staff the way they should be.

Not Just a Food Photographer

Rutland Food Photographer | Your questions answered

Professional food photography ensures your dishes look their best, with the right lighting, styling and editing to attract more customers. High-quality imagery also builds trust, sets your business apart from competitors, and provides ready-to-use content for websites, menus, and social media.

In a half-day session I typically capture 12–16 dishes, while a full day allows for 24–30. The time can also be used flexibly to include interior shots, staff at work, or lifestyle-style imagery alongside the food.

Definitely! I regularly work across Rutland, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. I’m also available to travel further afield for projects across the UK.

For a half-day shoot, your edited images are delivered within 5 working days. For a full-day shoot, you’ll receive the complete gallery within 14 days.

Yes. Short video clips are available as an add-on to a full day package, giving you ready-to-use content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.

Absolutely. I work with businesses of all sizes — from independent cafés and farm shops to hotels and restaurants. My half-day package is designed to be an affordable option for smaller businesses.

I recommend scheduling sessions on quieter days to minimise disruption. I work with minimal equipment and keep the process efficient, so you can carry on with service while we create the images you need.

Food photography sessions start from £295 (for a half-day shoot within Rutland). For projects further afield or larger-scale shoots, contact me for a bespoke quote.
